WATCH FACE

By tapping and holding on the digital watch face for three seconds, users can easily customize settings to assign up to four complications, create app shortcuts, and modify its appearance, leading to a virtually limitless array of design combinations. Key metrics are readily available, including goal progress, heart rate, steps taken, calories burned, distance traveled (in miles or kilometers), moon phases, date, and time.

"The Watch" effectively presents critical smartwatch information while elegantly showcasing animated clockwork behind the display. It monitors vital data such as heart rate status (low, normal, or high), steps taken, calories expended, and progress towards daily goals via a progress bar. Additionally, users can intermix various design elements such as borders, bezels, glasses, numerals, quarter markers, hands, and colors to craft personalized styles.

 <li>Bottom left: Goal progress displayed as a percentage with a progress bar.</li>
 <li>Bottom center: Day indicator with moon phases reflecting illumination and waxing/waning status.</li>
 <li>Bottom right: Heart rate percentage displayed alongside status indicators (low/normal/high), with a manual measurement option available by tapping the icon.</li>

HEART RATE MEASUREMENT

The watch face does not automatically measure heart rate. Users must manually trigger measurements by tapping on the heart icon located in the bottom right area. A red dot will indicate the measurement process. Following a manual measurement, subsequent readings will occur every ten minutes. It is essential to note that heart rate data is not synchronized with other health applications; therefore, discrepancies may exist compared to readings from other platforms.
